No contracts! Our services are available in packages of hours per month.
For most projects we can give you a fairly accurate estimate of how many hours it will take. Once you purchase your hours, they're yours to use as you wish - all for one project or split among many.

After you purchase a package, we’ll contact you within 1 hour (or next business day if after hours)
You can also call us at 877-55-APPOINT (27764) anytime before selecting a package and we will walk you through our services. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

Once you’ve started using our services, we will send you a log report via email.
The report will outline which tasks were accomplished that day, along with the amount of time the task took, and how much time you have remaining in your account.

Communication
We’re set up to communicate with you in your preferred method(s), whether it’s via phone, email, IM, or any other means that’s convenient for you.

While each campaign is different and our communication with you will depend on what services you require, we’ve outlined below how easy it can be to get started with us, using our cold call services as an example:

  4. Our reps will start making calls on your behalf.
  5. Log-in to your Virtual Appoint account to view the result of every call and your new appointments. An email will be sent to you each time an appointment is made.
  6. Meet with your new prospects and start making sales!
