Virtual Appoint is a provider of outsourced cold calling and virtual assistant services to individuals and small/medium sized businesses. Clients purchase a package of hours per month – and we then handle the tasks of their choosing. Some clients use Virtual Appoint’s cold calling services, while others use our virtual assistant services – and many use both. The hours you purchase are yours to use as you wish.

Where are your associates located? Virtual Appoint’s associates are based in the US.
Will I have a single point of contact? Yes, you will have a single point of contact at Virtual Appoint. Some projects require additional resources and we will staff accordingly to meet your goals, but you will always maintain one point of contact. Your associate will give you their phone number and email address so that you may contact them in the method most convenient for you.
Is your service geared toward businesses or individuals? We serve both businesses and individuals. Many clients give us a mixture of personal and professional tasks but the majority of the work we take care of for clients is business related. Most of our clients are small to medium sized business owners or business professionals who need help getting things done.
Is there a commitment or contract? No, you are billed month to month. You can use the service for one month or for as many months as you wish, it's completely up to you.
When I sign up for the service and pay, when does the clock start ticking on my month? The clock starts ticking from the first time you use the service, not when you pay. So for example, if you sign up as a new client on our website and pay today, but you only give us a task and start using our service two weeks from now, the clock starts clicking two weeks from now.
What if I have unused hours at the end of the month? Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, but the good news is that our clients almost never finish the month with unused hours. In fact, we can't recall this ever happening - and hours can always be split between projects. For example, if you purchase 10 hours and use up 3 in one request, you'll have 7 left for the rest of the month for other projects. And be warned, virtual assistance can be addictive :)
